The Newcastle Council of Faiths is a channel of communication for religious faiths of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England.
We meet regularly for discussions and we organise public events which people of all faiths can participate in.
Over the years, the Council has gained a very high reputation for its work, has links with the City Council and the University, and its opinions are often sought by local and national govenment agencies.
Our meetings are normally chaired by the Bishop of Newcastle, and prominent members of the main religions sit on the steering commitee. If you would like to join in any of these events, you can just turn up, or subscribe to our newsgroup for updates on events in the city.
